Simina Alina Georgiana\r\n\r\n<b>Rezumat proiect:<\/b>\r\nAgricultura are un rol esen\u0163ial \u00een economiile Rom\u00e2niei \u015fi Republicii Moldova. Astfel, proiectul CarePlant \u00ee\u015fi propune s\u0103 ob\u0163in\u0103 compu\u015fi non-toxici cu rol \u00een reglarea cre\u015fterii plantelor cu scopul de a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163i produc\u0163ia de legume, care constituie o prioritate nu doar \u00een cele dou\u0103 \u0163\u0103ri, ci \u015fi \u00een \u00eentreaga lume. Proiectul deschide o abordare interdisciplinar\u0103 inovativ\u0103 prin implicarea echipelor din Romania \u015fi Republica Moldova cu expertiz\u0103 \u00een chimie, cristalografie \u015fi biologie. To\u0163i partenerii contribuie cu experien\u0163a lor \u00een vederea ob\u0163inerii, caracteriz\u0103rii \u015fi test\u0103rii biologice a unor noi deriva\u0163i carboxilici aromatici ca reglatori de cre\u015ftere a plantelor. Noii compu\u015fi vor fi caracteriza\u0163i prin metode fizicochimice (FTIR-ATR, RMN, MS), termice (TGA\/DSC) \u015fi structurale (RX pulbere \u015fi monocristal) \u00een vederea stabilirii structurii, determin\u0103rii interac\u0163iunilor intermoleculare \u015fi existen\u0163ei formelor polimorfe. Pentru a completa investiga\u0163iile experimentale, calcule de chimie cuantic\u0103 vor fi realizate \u00een scopul obtinerii unor informa\u0163ii complexe despre sistemul molecular analizat. Se va studia efectul compu\u015filor asupra \u00eenr\u0103d\u0103cin\u0103rii r\u0103sadurilor de legume, capacit\u0103\u0163ii de germinare a semin\u0163elor \u015fi regl\u0103rii cre\u015fterii plantelor \u00een corela\u0163ie cu fotosinteza \u015fi respira\u0163ia celular\u0103.
