Dimensiunea, forma \u015fi distan\u021ba dintre nanoelectrozi va fi controlat\u0103 de organizarea supramolecular\u0103 \u00een starea cristalin lichid\u0103 a combina\u021biei complexe utilizat\u0103 pentru a modifica electrodul nanostructurat. Pe baza cuno\u015ftin\u021belor fundamentale ob\u021binute, se va explora prin utilizarea unor scenarii \u015fi proiecte diferite, dezvoltarea unui sistem de senzing ultrasensibil portabil cu wireless integrat (MONA-WEPS) pentru aplica\u021bii biomedicale neinvazive \u00een timp real. Proiectul va fi realizat folosind expertiza multi- \u0219i interdisciplinar\u0103 a unor cercet\u0103tori de prestigiu \u00een str\u00e2ns\u0103 colaborare cu cercet\u0103tori tineri \u015fi studen\u021bi, urm\u00e2nd o direc\u021bie de cercetare integrativ\u0103 pentru o cunoa\u015ftere aprofundat\u0103 a chimiei de suprafa\u021b\u0103 \u015fi interfa\u021b\u0103 \u015fi a transportului de sarcin\u0103, considerat\u0103 ca baz\u0103 pentru ini\u021bierea\/dezvoltarea altor domenii de cercetare aplicativ\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">\nObiectivele proiectului: <\/span>Obiectivul proiectului const\u0103 \u00een ob\u021binerea de nanoplatforme cu matrice complex\u0103 bazat\u0103 pe metalomesogeni (<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">MMs<\/span>) ca precursori pentru a genera electrochimic in-situ re\u021bele dezordonate\/ordonate de nanoelectrozi (<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">MONA<\/span>) de oxizi metalici (<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">MO<span style=\"font-size: smaller; vertical-align: sub;\">x<\/span><\/span>) pentru fabricarea unor senzori electrochimici hibrizi de \u00eenalt\u0103 performan\u021b\u0103. Se vor utiliza combina\u021bii complexe ale unor metale biodisponibile (<span style=\"font-style: italic;\">cupru, zinc, argin<\/span>t sau <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">fier<\/span>) auto-asamblate in structuri mesogene pentru a modifica suporturile \u201enon-inocente\u201d pe baz\u0103 de carbon, non-carbon \u0219i hibride care vor genera re\u021bele de nanoelectrozi (<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">MMNA<\/span>) av\u00e2nd organiza\u021bii supramoleculare controlate \u0219i\/sau ordonate. <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">MONA<\/span> cu structur\u0103 randomizat\u0103 sau organizat\u0103, ob\u021binut \u00een urma tratamentului electrochimic al <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">MMNA<\/span>, va fi utilizat pentru prima dat\u0103 ca nanosenzor avansat pentru detec\u021bie ultrasensibil\u0103 \u00een aplica\u021bii medicale. Se va realiza dezvoltarea unui sistem de senzing ultrasensibil portabil cu wireless integrat (<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">MONA-WEPS<\/span>) pentru aplica\u021bii biomedicale neinvazive \u00een timp real.
