ICCD \u2013 Centru interdisciplinar de specializare inteligent\u0103 \u00een domeniul chimiei biologice, RO-OPENSCREEN (ro-openscreen.ro) ofer\u0103 o infrastructur\u0103 de cercetare integrat\u0103, unic\u0103 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, care permite gestionarea automat\u0103 a bibliotecilor de compusi, investiga\u021bii fizico-chimice extinse \u0219i servicii analitice complete pentru caracterizarea structurii compu\u0219ilor chimici conform procedurilor europene aprobate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Libraria Na\u021bional\u0103 de Compu\u0219i cu Activitate Biologic\u0103 (LNCB), dezvoltata prin prisma proiectului RO-OPENSCREEN, se va \u00eembog\u0103\u021bi \u00een urm\u0103torii ani printr-un num\u0103r tot mai mare de compu\u0219i colecta\u021bi din comunitatea de chimie rom\u00e2neasc\u0103, un efort amplu de colaborare spre indeplinirea obiectivului comun, acela de a construi o bibliotec\u0103 de cea mai bun\u0103 calitate pentru accelerarea procesului de descoperire a medicamentelor \u0219i nu numai. Compu\u0219ii colectati sunt stoca\u021bi \u0219i gestiona\u021bi \u00een laboratorul de Chemoinformatic\u0103 al centrului interdisciplinar ROOPENSCREEN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LNCB<\/strong> va deveni prima platform\u0103 de tehnologie \u0219i expertiz\u0103 din Rom\u00e2nia pentru biologia chimic\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Principalul avantaj este accesul, \u00een condi\u021bii convenite, la resursele LNCB pentru institu\u021biile academice de cercetare, universit\u0103\u021bilor, precum \u0219i industriei farmaceutice\/chimice interesate s\u0103 coopereze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00cen prezent, biblioteca LNCB cuprinde 5692 de compu\u0219i, dintre care 2692 sunt medicamente aprobate \u0219i compu\u0219i naturali \u0219i 3000 sunt compu\u0219i de diversitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\" The National Library of Biological Active Compounds (LNCB)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The RO-OPENSCREEN interdisciplinary center for smart specialization in chemical biology of the ICCD (ro-openscreen.ro) offers an integrated research infrastructure, unique in Romania, that allows automated management of compound libraries, extensive physico-chemical investigations and complete analytical services for the structure characterization of chemical compounds following approved European procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The LNCB<\/strong>, designed by ICCD through RO-OPENSCREEN project, will be enriched over the next years by a growing number of compounds collected from the Romanian chemistry community, as a wide collaborative effort toward the common objective of building a best-in-class library to accelerate the drug discovery process, and beyond. The compounds are centrally stored and managed at the Chemoinformatics laboratory facility on the ROOPENSCREEN interdisciplinary center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LNCB will become the premier Romanian technology and expertise platform for chemical biology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Advantage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main advantage is access, on agreed terms, to the unique and carefully selected compound collections of LNCB for the academic research institutions, universities, as well as pharmaceutical\/chemical industry interested to cooperate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
