Elena-Mirela Picioru\u015f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n<strong>Rezumatul proiectului:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\u00centrebuin\u0163area nanoparticulelor\nde silice poroas\u0103 prezint\u0103 avantaje datorit\u0103 biocompatibilit\u0103\u0163ii\nsilicei, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu posibilitatea de control al marimii \u015fi formei\nporilor, realizablie prin abordarea metodei sol-gel. Silicea\nmezoporoas\u0103 func\u0163ionalizat\u0103 va fi ob\u0163inut\u0103 fie prin metoda de\npost-grefare fie prin co-condensare. Ulterior, gradul de ordonare al\nporilor se va determina prin tehnicile de difrac\u0163ie prin \u00eempr\u0103\u015ftiere\nla unghi mic (cu neutroni sau cu electroni), cu scopul de a se evalua\nvaliditatea acestora pentru aplica\u0163iile avute \u00een vedere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n<strong>Obiectivele proiectului:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nNe propunem s\u0103 ob\u0163inem\nmateriale hibride pe baz\u0103 de silice mezoporoas\u0103 ordonat\u0103, folosind\nmetoda sol-gel, av\u00e2nd inten\u0163ia de a le aplica ulterior \u00een domeniul\nbiomedical \u015fi \u00een remedierea mediului. Obiectivele presupun\noptimizarea absorb\u0163iei moleculelor de medicament \u015fi a propiet\u0103\u0163ilor\nde eliberare (pentru aplicatiile biomedicale) \u015fi cre\u015fterea\neficien\u0163ei adsorb\u0163iei diferitelor metale grele (pentru aplica\u0163ia\nde mediu), ce pot fi realizate prin g\u0103sirea unor condi\u0163ii potrivit\nechilibrate pentru a ob\u0163ine materiale cu o porozitate ridicat\u0103,\nav\u00e2nd \u00een acela\u015fi timp \u015fi diferite grup\u0103ri organice grefate \u00een\npere\u0163ii porilor.
